Lion King Essay

The Lion King is a classic Disney animated feature film that follows the adventures of a young lion cub named Simba, played by Jonathan Taylor Thomas and the heir of his father, Mufasa played by James Earl Jones. Simba has an evil uncle named Scar played by Jeremy Irons, whom comes up with a plot to overthrow Mufasa's throne endangering bother Mufasa & Simba. While Simba manages to escape, Mufasa is killed. Simba then returns as an adult played by Matthew Broderick to take back his homeland from Scar with the help of his friends Timon (Nathan Lane) and Pumbaa (Ernie Sabella).
