The saying 'East or West, home is the best' is true in more ways than one. Home offers affection and security. My home to me is the best place in the world, where I live with my mother, father, a brother and a sister. I belong to a middle class family. My home is a cozy little flat on the 1st floor in Lajpat Nagar in Delhi. Our drawing-cum-dining room is tastefully decorated. It has a TV set, a sofa, a refrigerator and dining table. The decoration pieces remind me of our visits to various places. There are two bedrooms. One is used by my parents and the other is shared by the three of us. The study-table is used by my brother and sister as well for their homework. The kitchen is small but the big windows let in air and sunshine. The wall cupboards help in keeping it tidy. Ours is a small and happy family, where even, member is considerate of the needs and comforts of others. We all share household work too. Our mornings are busy and everybody rushes about doing one's work and takes food or breakfast as and when ready. But we all have our dinner together. We share all that we enjoyed or suffered during the day.
